Neonatologist (MD/DO) - Summary
- Permanent, full-time Neonatologist (MD/DO) position working 24-hour rotating shifts in KS.
- Deliver specialized neonatal care for newborns, including premature and critically ill infants.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care and treatment to neonates, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, respiratory therapists, and other physicians, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and oversee the implementation of care strategies.
- Communicate effectively with families, providing education, support, and guidance throughout the neonatal care process.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, continuing education, and professional development activities.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice as a Neonatologist (MD/DO).
- Experience in clinical neonatology preferred; recent graduates with strong training backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work 24-hour rotating shifts as required.
