- Provides direct patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Full-time, permanent position with rotating shifts
- Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Perform comprehensive assessments and physical examinations of newborns in the NICU
- Formulate and implement care plans for critically ill or premature neonates
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with established protocols and state regulations
- Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and allied health professionals to develop and execute patient care plans

- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, with a focus on neonatology
- Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC or NNP)
- Active and unrestricted registered nurse (RN) and advanced practice nursing license
- Previous clinical experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) strongly preferred
