Practitioners are expected to complete a minimum of 4-6 shifts per month, providing vital support to a high-acuity, over 50-bed NICU. The facility is committed to excellence in neonatal care and utilizes state-of-the-art technology, including Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR), to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are mandatory. Orientation will be provided upon credentialing, and the credentialing process typically takes 90-120 days.
