Orientation will be provided upon credentialing, and the credentialing process typically takes 90-120 days.

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) - Summary- Full-time position focused on advanced neonatal critical care in a Level IV NICU
- Serve as a vital member of a multidisciplinary team in a high-volume, over 50-bed unit
- Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Located in Los Angeles, offering a diverse and dynamic professional environment
- Provide expert care for critically ill newborns and infants in a Level IV NICU setting
- Perform advanced clinical procedures: chest tube insertion and removal, lumbar puncture, needle aspiration of pneumothorax, percutaneous insertion of central venous and radial artery catheters, and umbilical vessel catheterization
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Utilize Epic EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care and outcomes
- Participate in a rotating schedule of 12, 10, 15, and 17-hour shifts, including holidays
- Complete a minimum of 4-6 shifts per month
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings, training, and orientation sessions as required
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
