As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), you will be an integral part of the NICU team, working closely with neonatologists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other specialists to deliver expert care for infants requiring Level III or IV NICU services. The full-time schedule consists of 12 shifts per month, with 12-hour day/night rotating shifts (7 am – 7 pm), ensuring a balanced workload and exposure to a range of acute neonatal conditions. This role is open to both Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with relevant neonatal experience. Candidates with a minimum of three years’ experience in a Level III or IV NICU are preferred. Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to neonates in a Level III or IV NICU
- Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments, develop care plans, and provide interventions as needed
- Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in daily rounds, communicate patient status and care plans to families and team members
- Respond to emergent situations and provide advanced life support as required
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records
- Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to hospital policies and best practices

Qualifications & Requirements
- For NNP: Master’s or Doctorate degree in nursing from an accredited NNP program
- Active RN license and NNP certification (MD or Compact)
- Current BLS CPR certification
- Minimum three years of Level III or IV NICU experience preferred
- For PA: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program
- Current PA certification and license
- Current BLS CPR certification
- NICU experience or completion of a PA Neonatal Residency or Fellowship
