The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) role presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic NICU team at a leading hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), you will be an integral part of the NICU team, working closely with neonatologists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other specialists to deliver expert care for infants requiring Level III or IV NICU services. The full-time schedule consists of 12 shifts per month, with 12-hour day/night rotating shifts (7 am – 7 pm), ensuring a balanced workload and exposure to a range of acute neonatal conditions. The position involves variable holiday and weekend coverage, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact when families need support most.

This role is open to both Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with relevant neonatal experience. Candidates with a minimum of three years’ experience in a Level III or IV NICU are preferred.
