As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based care to neonates with a census of approximately 12-14 infants, contributing to a facility that manages around 1,200 deliveries annually. This full-time, contract-based assignment is set for a 13-week duration, offering the chance to work in a collaborative and supportive environment. The position is ideal for practitioners seeking to expand their expertise in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.

The role requires a commitment to excellence in clinical practice, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. The NNP will participate in daily rounds, perform procedures as required, and provide education and support to families during critical moments. Candidates with a Hawaii license are preferred, but exceptional applicants will be considered even if licensure is pending. Competitive compensation is provided under a 1099 arrangement.
