The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) role is an essential advanced practice position dedicated to providing expert care for newborns and infants in critical and intensive care settings. We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join a leading hospital's NICU team in Baltimore, MD. Our NICU is equipped to provide Level III and Level IV care, supporting the most vulnerable patient populations and their families through every stage of treatment and recovery.

As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), you will work with a diverse team of neonatologists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care to neonates with complex medical needs. This position offers rotating 12-hour shifts covering both days and nights, ensuring continuity of care and fostering professional development through exposure to a broad spectrum of neonatal conditions. The full-time, permanent nature of this role provides stability and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.

Our ideal candidates are either certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners with a strong foundation in Level III or IV NICU care, or Physician Assistants with neonatal intensive care experience or completion of a neonatal residency or fellowship.
