This position offers rotating 12-hour shifts covering both days and nights, ensuring continuity of care and fostering professional development through exposure to a broad spectrum of neonatal conditions. - For Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) candidates:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in nursing from an accredited Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current RN license and NNP certification (MD or Compact State eligible).
- Current BLS CPR certification.
- At least 3 years of NICU clinical experience; Level III or IV NICU experience preferred.
- For Physician Assistant (PA) candidates:
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
- Current PA license and national certification.
- Current BLS CPR certification.
- NICU experience or completion of a PA Neonatal Residency or Fellowship program.
- Demonstrates advanced clinical skills in neonatal critical care settings.
- Effective communicator, able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth.
