Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) positions are now available with a distinguished group of neonatologists in a collaborative and progressive healthcare environment. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide specialized care in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), supporting newborns and infants up to 25 months old. The team welcomes highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) who have a passion for neonatal medicine and are eager to contribute to patient outcomes in a dynamic setting.

As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), you will work in an advanced Level III NICU, where you will collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. The NICU census fluctuates seasonally, with patient counts typically ranging from 10-14 during summer months and increasing to 18-20 during the winter. This role does not require ECMO management, allowing you to focus on the specialized needs of infants and their families up to 25 months of age. The work schedule is designed for maximum flexibility, with available 12-hour and 24-hour shifts, and the ability to block shifts together for efficient work-life balance.

Full-time employment in this Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) position includes 144 hours per month, allowing you to make a meaningful impact while optimizing your professional and personal life.
