The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) role represents a critical opportunity for advanced practice nurses seeking to make a meaningful impact in neonatal intensive care. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to provide specialized care and support in a state-of-the-art neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) with 58 beds, serving infants requiring advanced medical attention. This employment opportunity is available on both a full-time and part-time basis, offering flexibility for qualified candidates. As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP), you will play a crucial role in a multidisciplinary team of neonatal medicine pioneers, providing care to critically ill newborns and supporting their families during challenging times. Our NICU is recognized as one of the most advanced in the world, offering the latest technologies and evidence-based practices. The position is available starting in August and is anticipated to continue through February, with a strong likelihood of extension for those who demonstrate excellent performance and a strong fit with the team.

The ideal candidate should be able to commit to a minimum of six shifts per month, including days, nights, and weekends, ensuring that our patients receive continuous, high-quality care. While previous NICU procedural experience is valued, we are also open to considering Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) without extensive procedural experience but who possess a strong foundation in neonatal advanced practice. All applicants must hold a current California license at the time of submission and have at least two years of neonatal advanced practice experience.
