Mobile UX Tester Job OverviewWe are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our quality assurance team as a Mobile UX Tester. This full-time role is focused on enhancing the user experience across our mobile applications and web platforms. As a Mobile UX Tester, you will play a key role in evaluating the usability and functionality of digital products, providing valuable feedback to improve both new and existing features. This position is remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere while collaborating with a dynamic and innovative team.
Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios on mobile and web platforms to evaluate user experience and application performance.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with clear and detailed descriptions to enable prompt resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to communicate issues, provide actionable feedback, and contribute to solutions that enhance UX.
- Verify that software features function correctly across various devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure accessibility and consistency for all users.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations for improvement based on testing results.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow structured testing protocols.
- Experience working with remote collaboration tools and familiarity with mobile app ecosystems.
- Background in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and demonstrates a strong understanding of testing methodologies.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and either a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for testing purposes.
