Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability and functionality testing for mobile applications and web platforms, following defined testing scenarios and protocols.
- Accurately document software bugs, glitches, and user experience concerns, ensuring all relevant details are captured to support efficient troubleshooting and resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to communicate issues, report findings, and provide actionable feedback that drives platform improvements.
- Verify that app and website features perform consistently across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring optimal accessibility and compatibility.
- Generate and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports detailing testing outcomes, recommendations, and progress on identified issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions during testing processes.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote working tools and digital communication platforms.
- Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems, including iOS and Android platforms.
- Previous experience in quality assurance (QA), user testing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device capable of running test applications.
