Mobile QA Tester Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mobile QA Tester to join our remote quality assurance team. As a Mobile QA Tester, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all features, mechanics, and systems of our mobile games operate as intended. This position is offered remotely and provides an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality mobile gaming experiences. Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive functional test plans on mobile games at various stages of development to identify and document any issues or inconsistencies.
- Accurately record and report all bugs, glitches, and functionality problems encountered during testing using the designated tracking tools.
- Work collaboratively with development and production teams to ensure effective resolution of identified issues and to maintain the integrity of game features.
- Verify that all game mechanics, in-game purchases, and essential functionalities operate seamlessly and meet quality standards.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise summaries of daily or weekly testing activities, highlighting critical issues and progress updates.
- Keen attention to detail and a systematic, thorough approach to testing mobile games.
- Experience with remote testing environments and an understanding of various mobile game genres.
- Proven background in game functionality testing or software quality assurance is highly desirable.
- Reliable internet connection and access to multiple mobile devices to conduct thorough and diverse testing.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and effectively to team members across disciplines.
