- Create clear and detailed bug reports, including precise reproduction steps and technical documentation for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and security professionals to prioritize and resolve critical bugs in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough regression testing after fixes are implemented, verifying that resolved issues do not impact existing features or introduce new vulnerabilities.
- Continuously monitor mobile fintech app performance and user feedback to proactively identify potential areas for improvement.
- Maintain a strong focus on data security and compliance, adhering to industry best practices and organizational guidelines.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot complex issues within mobile fintech environments.
- Proficiency with industry-standard mobile debugging tools and familiarity with financial data flows and transaction mechanisms.
- Demonstrated experience in mobile quality assurance, software debugging, or technical support within the fintech or financial services sector.
- Reliable and secure internet connection, with access to relevant iOS and/or Android mobile devices for testing purposes.
- Strong ethical standards and a keen awareness of data security and privacy concerns in financial applications.
