In this fully remote, contract-based role, you will play a key part in evaluating the entire mobile gaming ecosystem, including the integration of games with various platforms, social features, and monetization systems. The Mobile Game QA Tester position is ideal for someone passionate about mobile games and committed to ensuring optimal user experiences across multiple devices and environments.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive quality assurance testing on mobile games, with a focus on in-game purchases, social features, and platform-specific functions.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, performance issues, and challenges in user flow across the gaming ecosystem.
- Communicate findings and holistic feedback to cross-functional teams, including development, product, and marketing teams.
- Test and validate seamless functionality across a variety of mobile devices, operating system versions, and network conditions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports covering ecosystem performance, usability, and potential improvement areas.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail to accurately assess and report issues.
- Familiarity with remote working tools and workflows, enabling effective communication and productivity in a remote environment.
- In-depth understanding of the mobile gaming industry and its various components, including platforms, user engagement strategies, and monetization models.
- Previous experience in mobile game quality assurance, platform testing, or a closely related field is highly valued.
