Mobile Game QA Tester Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mobile Game QA Tester to join our remote quality assurance team on a full-time or project-based basis. In this role, the Mobile Game QA Tester will be responsible for evaluating user experience and testing the functionality of mobile game applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for users. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing for mobile games and related web platforms, focusing on gameplay, navigation, and overall user experience.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and other issues that impact gameplay or user satisfaction, providing clear and actionable feedback for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with game developers, designers, and other QA professionals to communicate findings and contribute to continuous product improvement.
- Test mobile games across various devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure compatibility and optimal performance for all users.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing test results, key findings, and recommendations for enhancing game quality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and reporting.
- Ability to follow structured test plans and instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools and a strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, particularly within the gaming or digital media industry.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of running test scenarios.
