- Identify, document, and track bugs, performance issues, and user flow challenges within the mobile gaming ecosystem, ensuring all findings are communicated clearly and promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and marketing departments, to provide holistic feedback on user experience and system integration.
- Test and verify game performance and compatibility across a wide range of mobile devices, operating system versions, and varying network conditions to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Generate detailed, actionable reports on ecosystem performance, usability, and areas for improvement, supporting the continuous enhancement of the mobile gaming experience.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to approach complex systems methodically.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote collaboration tools, along with a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry and its interconnected systems.
- Previous experience in mobile game quality assurance (QA), platform testing, or a closely related field is highly preferred and will be beneficial in this role.
