Mobile Game QA Tester Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated Mobile Game QA Tester to join our remote quality assurance team. Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability and functionality test scenarios for a variety of mobile games, ensuring thorough coverage of all features and user flows.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues, providing detailed descriptions and steps to reproduce for the development team.
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional development teams to communicate findings, clarify issues, and suggest possible solutions that enhance game quality.
- Ensure compatibility and optimal performance of mobile games across multiple devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes by conducting systematic cross-platform testing.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly test reports that summarize findings, highlight critical issues, and recommend improvements to user experience and functionality.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with an ability to meticulously follow structured test cases and instructions.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and a strong comfort level working in a distributed team environment.
- Familiarity with mobile gaming, including a good understanding of game mechanics and user interaction patterns.
- Prior experience in quality assurance (QA), user testing, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
- Reliable internet access and availability of devices such as a desktop, laptop, or mobile phone to perform thorough testing.
