Mobile App QA TesterWe are searching for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our remote quality assurance team as a Mobile App QA Tester. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of digital platforms by meticulously evaluating mobile and web app user experiences, identifying issues, and collaborating with development teams. Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web platforms to assess user experience and overall app functionality.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues in a clear and organized manner, contributing to ongoing product quality improvement.
- Work closely with development teams to communicate technical issues and user feedback, fostering a collaborative environment focused on enhancing digital products.
- Verify that software features operate consistently across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure a seamless experience for all users.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports that summarize findings, insights, and actionable recommendations for product enhancement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing procedures and instructions.
- Comfortable using remote working tools and familiar with app ecosystems, with the ability to navigate both mobile and web platforms efficiently.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of best practices in QA processes.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of running various applications and browsers for testing purposes.
