Mobile App QA Tester Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile App QA Tester to join our remote team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a key part in evaluating the user experience and functionality of our mobile applications and web platforms. As a Mobile App QA Tester, your feedback will help drive improvements that enhance our digital products for users nationwide. This position is based remotely, with an opportunity to work alongside a collaborative quality assurance team serving the St. Louis, MO area and beyond.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing scenarios for both mobile and web platforms, ensuring that all functionalities meet established quality standards.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaborate with development teams by communicating detailed feedback and issue reports, contributing to the continual improvement of software products.
- Verify that software features operate effectively across a variety of devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes, supporting a seamless user experience.
- Prepare and submit thorough daily or weekly reports summarizing findings and providing actionable recommendations for product enhancements.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to adhere to structured testing protocols and instructions.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
- Understanding of mobile app ecosystems and web platforms, with prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for conducting comprehensive tests and submitting reports.
