Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing for mobile and web platforms to identify and document issues related to functionality and user experience.
- Systematically record bugs, glitches, and areas for improvement, providing clear and actionable feedback to the development team.
- Work closely with software developers and other QA team members to communicate findings and suggest solutions that enhance the overall user experience.
- Verify that all app and website features perform consistently across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes, reporting any inconsistencies or compatibility issues.
- Prepare comprehensive daily or weekly reports that summarize findings, highlight key areas for improvement, and offer recommendations for future releases.
- Keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to executing and documenting test cases.
- Ability to follow structured instructions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Comfortable using remote collaboration tools and familiar with various mobile app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for testing purposes.
