Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing for mobile and web platforms, focusing on user experience and interface performance.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and usability issues in a clear and concise manner to support effective troubleshooting and resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with development and design teams to communicate issues, suggest improvements, and ensure the highest possible quality in product releases.
- Verify that software features function correctly across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring consistent performance for all users.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports, either daily or weekly, summarizing findings, test results, and actionable recommendations for enhancements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to follow structured instructions precisely.
- Experience with remote working environments and familiarity with mobile app and web ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance (QA), user testing, or related fields is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Reliable access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection.
