Microsoft 365 Identity Engineer (O365, Azure AD, IAM) - Summary- Remote, full-time position focused on Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory identity management

- Minimum of 7 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) in a production environment
- Strong background in identity and access management (IAM) concepts, tools, and best practices
- Hands-on expertise with Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and identity protection policies
- Proven experience managing user lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, and RBAC
- Experience with Azure AD Connect and managing hybrid identity environments
- Detail-oriented identity management professional with a proactive approach to security
- Effective communicator and collaborator who can work across teams to deliver secure, compliant solutions
