Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and secure the Microsoft 365 identity and access management environment
- Manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) including user lifecycle, authentication, and access policies
- Design and implement conditional access, identity governance, and security controls to safeguard enterprise systems
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to maintain a scalable, compliant identity framework
- Contribute to the ongoing development and execution of identity and access management (IAM) strategies
- Oversee user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC) processes
- Support and maintain directory synchronization (Azure AD Connect) and hybrid identity environments

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) in a production environment
- Strong background in identity and access management (IAM) concepts, tools, and best practices
- Hands-on expertise with Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and identity protection policies
- Proven experience managing user lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, and RBAC
- Experience with Azure AD Connect and managing hybrid identity environments
