Microsoft 365 Engineer (M365 Engineer) - Summary
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of modern workplace and virtualization solutions.
- Support organizational digital transformation and enable enhanced collaboration across teams.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize IT environments and ensure end-user satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Microsoft 365 implementations for mid-to-large scale environments.
- Oversee deployment, administration, and lifecycle management of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
- Support collaboration platforms, particularly Microsoft Teams, ensuring robust configuration, integration, and user adoption.
- Administer virtualization platforms, including Windows 365 Cloud PCs, Azure Virtual Desktop, and VMware solutions.
- Drive deployment activities related to Microsoft Intune, including application packaging, patch management, and security compliance.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to continually improve the Modern Workplace environment and enhance user experience.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement best practices for security and governance within Microsoft 365 and virtualization environments.

- Proven experience leading mid-to-large scale Microsoft 365 implementations and migrations.
- Extensive expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Modern Workplace solutions.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization, including Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, VMware vCenter, and Horizon View.
- Demonstrated skills in application packaging for Microsoft Intune, as well as software and patch deployment in cloud desktop environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
