Microsoft 365 Administrator (O365 Admin) - Summary
As a Microsoft 365 Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Microsoft 365 environment. This includes hands-on management of Office 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Microsoft licensing. You will be tasked with ensuring secure, stable, and efficient operations, while supporting onboarding and offboarding workflows and contributing to critical Microsoft 365 projects. Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft 365, Office 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Oversee Microsoft licensing assignments, ensuring accurate license provisioning organization-wide.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding workflows, focusing on seamless transitions and secure access management.
- Perform hands-on configuration changes, advanced troubleshooting, and Level 2 support to maintain an efficient and secure Microsoft environment.
- Lead Microsoft-related projects, including solution design, implementation, documentation, and handoff to operational support teams.
- Collaborate with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and vendors to enhance Digital Workplace services, governance, and security.
- Document processes and best practices for ongoing operational excellence and knowledge sharing within the IT team.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience administering Microsoft 365/Office 365 in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Active Directory, and Microsoft licensing administration.
- Proven experience managing user onboarding/offboarding processes, license provisioning, and identity management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead Microsoft 365 projects from solution design through implementation and operational support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with experience in performing hands-on configuration changes and providing Level 2 technical support.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
