Microsoft 365 Administrator - Summary
- Responsible for advanced administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 services across a large enterprise environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Teams, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Work closely with security, privacy, identity, and SSO teams to maintain a secure and compliant tenant environment.
- Design, implement, and deploy new features utilizing native Microsoft 365 applications, such as Power Platform and Copilot, to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Establish and uphold best practices for Microsoft 365 governance, compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within hybrid environments, especially those integrating on-premises Active Directory and Exchange configurations.
- Utilize advanced PowerShell scripting for automation, administration, and reporting within the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and stakeholders to align Microsoft 365 solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience administering Microsoft 365 in a complex, enterprise-level environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with SharePoint Online and the SharePoint Admin Center.
- Advanced skills in Exchange Online and the Exchange Admin Center.
- Strong scripting abilities using PowerShell for management and automation of Microsoft 365 tasks.
- Solid understanding of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD/Entra ID), including identity management, authentication, and access control.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to best practices and continuous learning.
