Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and foster acquisition and partnership opportunities by actively engaging with industry participants and stakeholders
- Introduce new acquisition targets and drive opportunities through the corporate pipeline
- Support and coordinate due diligence activities, including acquisitions and joint ventures
- Work with internal and external advisors to prepare and execute transactions
- Conduct market research and synthesize findings into actionable business plans
- Assist in all deal aspects: sourcing, qualification, financial modeling, due diligence, closing, and integration
- Provide reporting and analytics on key operating initiatives, such as sales, margin, and productivity
- Support investor relations through financial data analysis, investor activity tracking, and meeting coordination
- Assist with various internal strategic projects as needed

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, venture capital, commercial banking, wealth management, or public accounting
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in financial statement analysis, valuation, and quantitative analysis
- Strong understanding of accounting and key operational metrics
