Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and optimize MercuryGate TMS modules, including Carrier Management, Load Planning, and Rate Management.
- Integrate MercuryGate TMS with ERP, WMS, EDI, and API-based systems to streamline transportation operations.
- Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations, managing requirements gathering, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support to ensure optimal system performance.
- Develop comprehensive user documentation and deliver effective training sessions to end users.
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to continuously improve transportation management solutions.
