Working on the Member Services Department
We?re seeking a Member Services Coordinator to play a critical role in ensuring Tangelo's customers receive the best possible support and service. You'll help resolve issues, answer questions, and provide expert guidance to help our customers get the most out of our platform.
What You?ll Get to Do
Process membership referrals and applications, ensuring compliance with program-specific requirements.
Engage potential members to explain Tangelo?s benefits, guide them through the assessment process, and collect required information.
Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries via phone, chat, SMS, and email.
Investigate and resolve member issues related to enrollment, order fulfillment, and overall user experience.
Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to provide insights and improve processes that enhance the member experience.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date member records while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Ensure all interactions and processes align with company policies and regulatory standards.
Support ongoing improvement by providing feedback on tools, scripts, and workflows.
Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.
Monitor and track member engagement metrics, identifying areas for proactive outreach.
Contribute to internal knowledge bases and FAQs to support team learning and consistency.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process reviews to stay aligned with evolving best practices.
What You?ll Bring to the Team
3+ years of experience in Member or Customer Support, ideally within a healthcare or wellness setting.
1+ years of consultative or outbound sales experience preferred.
Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM/contact center platforms.
Solid problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to change in a fast-paced environment.
Written and verbal fluency in Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese preferred.

Compensation Philosophy
Compensation estimates are based on market data about the role and level, while individual compensation offers will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
