- Complete and submit electronic applications in compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations.
- Document client interactions and application progress in the provided CRM system.
- Follow up on outstanding business to ensure timely placement and maximize renewal opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, a call center, or customer service is highly valuable.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple web-based tools while communicating with clients.
- Strong self-motivation and a proven ability to set and achieve personal goals.
- Authorization to work in the United States as an independent 1099 contractor.

Work Schedule
