- Guide clients through the process of selecting appropriate Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans using our advanced quote-and-enroll platform.
- Accurately complete and submit electronic applications (e-apps) in full compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations.
- Document all client interactions and enrollment details in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Follow up on pending business to maximize policy placement, retention, and renewal opportunities.
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, call center, or customer service roles strongly preferred.
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based tools and platforms while engaging with clients over the phone.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a results-oriented approach to meeting and exceeding personal sales goals.
- Must be a U.S. resident authorized to work as a 1099 contractor.
