Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients seeking information and enrollment assistance in Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans.
- Utilize a comprehensive quote-and-enroll platform to guide clients through their options and recommend the best coverage for their needs.
- Submit electronic applications in strict compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, maintaining accurate notes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Follow up on pending applications to maximize placement, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive renewals.
- Mentor new representatives as opportunities arise, supporting their development and contributing to team success.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, call centers, or customer service is strongly preferred.
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based tools and platforms simultaneously while communicating effectively with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to set and exceed personal performance benchmarks.
- Authorized to work in the United States as an independent contractor (1099 status).

- All leads are inbound and provided by the company; there is no cold calling required.
- Access to national carrier contracts, electronic application platforms, and CRM systems is included.
- Full compliance support and Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage are provided.
- Comprehensive onboarding, licensing, and training are offered through self-paced modules and live Zoom bootcamps.
- Weekly direct deposit payment structure for earned commissions.
Work Schedule
- Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm in your local time zone.
- Optional evening and Saturday hours are available for those seeking additional lead flow and income opportunities.
