Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible individuals seeking assistance with their healthcare coverage.
- Guide clients through the process of selecting suitable Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Part D plans using a comprehensive digital quote-and-enroll platform.
- Ensure all electronic applications are completed accurately and in compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines.
- Document client interactions thoroughly in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for ongoing support and compliance tracking.
- Follow up with clients on pending applications to maximize enrollment success and foster long-term relationships that support renewals and future needs.
- Stay informed about updates in Medicare regulations, plan offerings, and compliance standards to provide reliable and up-to-date information to clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Mentor and support new team members as eligible, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to multitask efficiently, navigating multiple web-based tools while engaging with clients on the phone.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach to problem-solving and relationship-building.
- Driven, self-motivated, and able to set and achieve personal and team goals in a remote work setting.
- Must be a U.S. resident authorized to work as a 1099 contractor.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment with uncapped earning potential.

- Weekly direct deposit of earnings for efficient compensation management.
- Core work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm in your local time zone, with optional evenings and Saturdays for additional lead flow.
