We are seeking a dedicated Medicare Sales Agent to join our national brokerage team. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for individuals residing in Philadelphia, PA, who are passionate about helping seniors navigate Medicare options while building a rewarding sales career from the comfort of their home. As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will work with exclusively inbound leads—meaning every prospect has already expressed interest in learning more about Medicare plans. This role is ideal for professionals who are motivated by client success and enjoy a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound phone calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients seeking guidance.
- Consult with clients to identify the most suitable Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans, using our proprietary quote-and-enroll platform.
- Complete electronic applications in full compliance with CMS regulations and document all interactions within our CRM system.
- Follow up on pending applications as needed to maximize placement rates and ensure ongoing client satisfaction and policy renewals.

- Provided Resources: Inbound lead flow, national carrier contracts, user-friendly e-app platform, CRM software, compliance oversight, and E&O coverage. Weekly direct deposit payments are offered for your convenience.
