As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in helping Medicare-eligible individuals find the right coverage for their needs. This remote, full-time opportunity is designed for professionals who are passionate about customer service and sales, and who enjoy working in a dynamic, commission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and web-generated callbacks from potential Medicare clients seeking assistance with their health coverage options.
- Guide clients through Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plan selection, utilizing a user-friendly quote-and-enroll platform to ensure each client receives personalized recommendations.
- Complete and submit electronic applications in full compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, maintaining detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on pending applications to secure policy placements and maximize client retention and renewal opportunities.
- Mentor and support new representatives as you grow in your role, with opportunities to earn additional compensation through overrides based on performance benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in phone-based sales, call center environments, or customer service roles is highly valued.
- Proficiency with web-based tools and the ability to multitask while engaging clients over the phone.
- A self-motivated attitude and a strong drive to set, meet, and exceed personal and team sales goals.
- Authorization to work in the United States as a 1099 contractor.
Training and Support
- Comprehensive licensing and training provided, including self-paced online modules and live virtual bootcamps to prepare you for success in the Medicare market.
- Access to a steady flow of inbound leads—no cold-calling required—ensuring you can focus on supporting clients and closing enrollments.
Tools and Resources
- All necessary sales technology provided, including a lead management platform, CRM, electronic application tools, compliance resources, and errors & omissions (E&O) coverage.
- Weekly direct-deposit commission payments for completed enrollments.
Schedule
- Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in your local time zone. Additional hours, including evenings and Saturdays, are optional for those seeking increased earning potential.
