Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound phone calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible clients seeking assistance with their healthcare coverage options.
- Utilize a user-friendly platform to guide clients through Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans, ensuring each client finds the best coverage for their needs.
- Complete electronic applications (e-apps) in accordance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) compliance requirements, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on pending applications and client inquiries to maximize placements, renewals, and overall client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Prior experience in phone-based sales, call centers, or customer service is highly valued.
- Adept at multitasking and skilled in navigating multiple web-based tools while engaging with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed individual performance targets.
- Eligible to work in the United States and able to operate as a 1099 independent contractor.
Schedule and Tools Provided
- Core Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 am – 6 pm in your local time zone, with optional evening and Saturday shifts available for increased lead flow.
- Support and Resources: Access to a steady flow of inbound leads, national carrier contracts, an electronic application platform, CRM software, compliance and Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage, and regular direct-deposit pay.
