As a Medicare Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in helping individuals navigate their Medicare options, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans, while working from the comfort of your home in Jacksonville. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web callback requests from Medicare-eligible clients seeking assistance with their healthcare coverage options.
- Guide clients through the process of selecting the best Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plan using a comprehensive quote-and-enroll platform.
- Ensure all enrollments are completed in full compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations and properly documented within the CRM system.
- Follow up on pending applications and maintain ongoing communication with clients to maximize enrollment completion and renewal opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center environments, or customer service roles preferred.
- Comfortable multitasking across various web-based tools and platforms while engaging with clients over the phone.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed personal and team sales goals.
- Must be a U.S. resident authorized to work as a 1099 contractor.

- All inbound leads are provided—no cold-calling required. Prospective clients have already expressed interest in guidance for their Medicare options.
- Access to national carrier contracts, a user-friendly electronic application platform, CRM software, compliance support, and E&O coverage.
- Ongoing paid training is available to guide you through required licensing and certifications.
- Weekly direct-deposit pay structure, with opportunities for lifetime renewal commissions as you build your client base.
- Flexible core work hours, Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm in your time zone. Additional evening or Saturday hours are optional for increased lead flow.
