Medicare Sales Advisor
As a Medicare Sales Advisor (also known as Medicare Agent or Medicare Insurance Agent), you will play a crucial role in guiding Medicare-eligible individuals through the process of selecting appropriate Medicare Advantage, Supplement, or Part D plans. This full-time, remote opportunity is ideal for candidates based in Orlando who are seeking a rewarding career in insurance sales while working from home. As part of a leading national brokerage, you will receive comprehensive support, including all inbound leads, licensing assistance, and ongoing training, to help you succeed in this dynamic field.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and web callback inquiries from prospective Medicare clients who have requested assistance.
- Assess client needs and provide expert guidance on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans using our robust quote-and-enroll platform in full compliance with CMS regulations.
- Submit electronic applications (e-apps) and accurately document client interactions, enrollments, and notes in the CRM system.
- Follow up on pending business to ensure successful placement and maximize renewals, contributing to long-term client satisfaction.
- Participate in self-paced training modules and live Zoom bootcamps to maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare products and compliance requirements.
- Mentor new representatives as you advance, with opportunities to earn additional compensation through leadership and override programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service environments.
- Ability to efficiently navigate multiple web-based tools while engaging with clients over the phone.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
- Authorization to work in the United States as a 1099 contractor.
Tools and Schedule
- Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. with a reliable laptop, headset, and internet connection.
- Core business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (local time), with additional lead flow opportunities available during evenings and Saturdays.
