Role Overview
The Medicare Sales Advisor position is ideal for motivated, customer-focused professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Operating remotely from Atlanta, GA, you will receive pre-qualified, inbound leads—there is no cold-calling required. Your primary responsibility is to engage with clients over the phone and through web callbacks, guiding them through their Medicare options and completing enrollments using our comprehensive quote-and-enroll platform. All necessary licensing and training are provided to ensure you meet compliance standards and are set up for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and web callbacks from Medicare-eligible individuals seeking assistance with their healthcare coverage.
- Provide clear, knowledgeable guidance to clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plan options, helping them make informed decisions.
- Utilize our digital tools and e-application platform to submit enrollments in compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations.
- Document all interactions and enrollment activities within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure successful application processing and maximize client retention and renewals.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with Medicare regulations and product offerings.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in phone-based sales, call center operations, or customer service is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple web-based tools while communicating with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States as a 1099 independent contractor.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
