Medical Practice Manager - Summary
- Lead, direct, and manage all non-clinical and administrative operations of the medical practice
- Oversee daily scheduling, staffing, and patient flow to ensure optimal efficiency
- Collaborate with clinicians and leadership to implement innovative healthcare solutions
- Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and streamline administrative processes
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and maintain audit readiness
- Supervise recruitment, training, and performance management of support staff
- Manage budgets, billing, coding, and revenue cycle processes
- Optimize technology and digital health platforms, including EHR systems
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the practice’s daily operations, including facility management and resource allocation
- Establish, monitor, and refine workflows for scheduling and patient check-in/check-out
- Prepare and oversee budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures
- Ensure the practice adheres to HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable healthcare regulations
- Develop and implement policies to support quality patient care and staff productivity
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of administrative and clinical staff
- Resolve patient concerns promptly, fostering a positive patient experience
- Lead the adoption and optimization of electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software
- Work with practice leadership to develop and execute growth and quality improvement strategies

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical practice management, preferably in a specialty setting
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare operations, billing, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems and healthcare IT platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
