Medical Oncologist (MD, DO) - Summary
- Provide specialized care for adult and geriatric oncology patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary cancer care team
- Participate in call rotation and inpatient rounds as needed

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning for oncology patients
- Prescribe and manage chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and supportive care regimens
- Perform outpatient consultations and follow-up visits, addressing patient and family concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Provide on-call support and inpatient consults as part of a rotating schedule
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards and case discussions
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology
- Current, unrestricted medical license in the relevant state or eligibility to obtain one
- Completion of an accredited residency and fellowship in oncology
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality oncology care to diverse adult and geriatric populations
