On-call responsibilities are shared equitably among the clinical team, with a 1:6 rotation for evenings and weekends, helping to maintain an optimal work-life balance. The inpatient oncology unit is managed by an experienced oncology hospitalist during weekdays, allowing the Medical Oncologist MD to focus primarily on outpatient care and consultations.
