Medical Oncologist - Summary
- Deliver expert medical oncology care to patients with various cancer diagnoses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient treatment plans

Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients with oncologic disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the latest clinical guidelines
- Work closely with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and other specialists to coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Participate in case conferences, tumor boards, and quality improvement programs
- Monitor patient progress, manage side effects, and adjust therapies as needed
- Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in continuing medical education (CME) and maintain board certification status

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of a medical oncology fellowship program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice medicine
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
