Duties & Responsibilities

- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for new and returning patients, ensuring accurate documentation.

- Maintain patient records and update demographic and insurance information in the practice management system.
- Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, faxing, scanning, and data entry.
