- MD or DO degree required
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active state medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in outpatient primary care
- At least 3 years of proven physician leadership experience
- Experience in value-based care and senior-focused patient populations
- Demonstrated success in IPA, ACO, Medicare Advantage, or population health leadership roles
- In-depth knowledge of HEDIS, Stars, risk adjustment, and quality improvement programs
- Strong background in physician coaching and provider engagement strategies
- Experience with shared savings and value-based reimbursement models
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
