Medical Director – Primary Care (MD/DO) Summary- Lead a primary care team focused on senior patients with complex medical needs
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure high standards of value-based, patient-centered care
- Drive continuous improvement through training, mentorship, and clinical leadership
- Work within a mission-driven organization dedicated to transforming healthcare for seniors

- Supervise and mentor primary care physicians (PCPs) and nurse practitioners (NPs) within the clinic
- Manage a small patient panel of 60-90 seniors, typically with 3-5 chronic health conditions
- Conduct clinical oversight, ensuring delivery of high-quality, value-based care and excellent patient experience
- Participate in clinical leadership training programs, including PCP Black Belt Training and Medical Director Essentials
- Collaborate with in-house consulting specialists in Cardiology, Podiatry, and other disciplines
- Promote holistic health services, such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition programs
- Engage in center operations, financial performance review, and growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry best practices

- Medical degree (MD or DO) in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a closely related specialty
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatric Medicine
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting
- Demonstrated leadership experience preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally as required
- Experienced primary care physician with a passion for senior care and value-based medicine
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire clinical teams
