Medical Director, Primary Care (MD/DO) - Summary- Lead a primary care clinic focused on value-based care for seniors
- Oversee a small patient panel for personalized, high-quality care
- Guide and mentor a team of physicians and nurse practitioners
- Promote evidence-based clinical practices and patient-centered outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement in care delivery and patient satisfaction
- Manage and support primary care physicians (PCPs) and nurse practitioners (NPs)
- Oversee care for a senior population with 3-5 chronic diseases per patient
- Ensure adherence to value-based care standards
- Participate in and facilitate clinical training programs, including PCP Black Belt Training and Medical Director leadership pathways
- Monitor and improve clinic financial performance and medical economics
- Collaborate with in-house specialists and holistic care providers
- Contribute to sales, growth, and community engagement initiatives
- Promote a positive, inclusive clinic culture aligned with company mission
- Base salary: $280,000 – $300,000 plus up to 20% bonus potential

- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatric Medicine
- Minimum one year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally as needed
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required
