As a Medical Director, Primary Care (MD/DO), you will work within a collaborative environment alongside other primary care physicians and advanced practice clinicians. Medical Director, Primary Care (MD/DO) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care for a panel of up to 225 patients, primarily seniors managing multiple chronic conditions.
- Oversee and mentor a team of primary care physicians and nurse practitioners, ensuring clinical best practices and professional growth.
- Implement and monitor value-based care initiatives to drive positive health outcomes.
- Participate in clinical operations, including scheduling, patient flow management, and quality improvement projects.
- Collaborate with in-house consulting specialists in cardiology, podiatry, and more to deliver integrated care.
- Engage with holistic health services such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition programs to support comprehensive patient wellness.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold organizational standards of care.
- Contribute to the clinic's financial performance and growth through sound medical economics practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.

- Work schedule is Monday through Friday, with clinic hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; last patient scheduled at 4:15 p.m.
