As the Medical Director – Primary Care (MD/DO), you will oversee a team of primary care physicians (PCPs) and nurse practitioners (NPs), guiding them in delivering value-based care. The patient population consists primarily of seniors managing three to five chronic illnesses. Your leadership will be key in ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and adherence to best practices in care delivery. You will also play a central role in driving quality improvement, cost-effective strategies, and patient satisfaction initiatives.

Medical Director – Primary Care (MD/DO) Summary- Lead and oversee outpatient primary care clinical operations for a senior-focused practice.
- Serve as a mentor and supervisor for PCPs and NPs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, value-based care for patients with complex chronic conditions.

- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- At least one year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting.
