Medical Director – Primary Care (MD/DO) Summary- Lead clinical operations in a mission-driven primary care organization focused on senior health
- Oversee and mentor a team of primary care providers and nurse practitioners
- Champion value-based, patient-centered care for a panel of up to 250 patients
- Engage in organizational leadership and professional development initiatives
- Supervise clinical staff, including PCPs and NPs, fostering a collaborative care environment
- Manage a senior patient panel with complex, chronic conditions using a value-based care approach
- Ensure high-quality, accessible, and respectful care is consistently delivered
- Participate in and lead training programs such as PCP Black Belt Training, Medical Director Operations, and Medical Economics
- Monitor and improve center financial performance and patient outcomes
- Support center growth and participate in sales initiatives as needed
- Coordinate with in-house consulting specialists and holistic health service providers

- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or related specialty
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine
- At least one year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proficient communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed
