As the Medical Director, Primary Care – MD/DO, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the center, leading a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring that exceptional patient care is delivered consistently. This role involves managing a small patient panel, supporting clinical staff such as primary care physicians (PCPs) and nurse practitioners (NPs), and implementing evidence-based, value-driven care models. You will have access to a robust infrastructure, including in-house consulting specialists and holistic health services, to ensure comprehensive healthcare delivery for your patients. The center also provides supportive services such as complimentary transportation for patients, which enhances access to care and patient engagement.
The successful candidate will participate in leadership training programs, including PCP Black Belt Training and Medical Director Pathways, to further develop operational expertise and clinical leadership skills. Medical Director, Primary Care – MD/DO Summary- Lead a physician-led, mission-driven primary care center focused on seniors with complex chronic conditions.
- Oversee and mentor clinical staff, including PCPs and NPs.
- Implement and promote value-based, patient-centered care models.
- Participate in leadership and operational training programs.

- Supervise and support a small patient panel (60–90 patients), focusing on seniors with 3–5 chronic diseases.
- Lead and mentor clinical staff, including primary care physicians and nurse practitioners, to foster professional growth and excellence.
- Implement and monitor value-based care initiatives to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with in-house consulting specialists in cardiology, podiatry, and other disciplines to optimize patient care.
- Participate in PCP Black Belt Training, Medical Director and Center Operations, and Leadership Pathways Program.
- Engage in medical economics and center financial performance, contributing to sustainable growth and quality improvement.
- Support holistic health services, including acupuncture, Tai Chi, yoga, and nutrition for patient well-being.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory, legal, and accreditation standards.

- MD or DO degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
- Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatric Medicine.
- At least one year of clinical experience in geriatric or family practice settings required.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally as needed.
