Medical Director, Primary Care – MD/DO
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director, Primary Care – MD/DO to lead and inspire a talented clinical team within a thriving, physician-led primary care organization. As the Medical Director, Primary Care – MD/DO, you will oversee a small panel of patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and champion patient-centric care. You will mentor and support physicians and nurse practitioners, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compassionate service. The Medical Director, Primary Care – MD/DO will leverage advanced training in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics, and will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing professional development. Requirements include board certification or eligibility in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine, an MD or DO degree, and at least one year of clinical experience in a related setting. Leadership experience is preferred, along with strong communication, analytical, and technology skills.

- MD or DO degree in family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, or a related specialty
- Board certified or board eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine
- Minimum of one year clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel locally and regionally as needed
