As the Medical Director, Primary Care (MD/DO), you will oversee a dedicated clinical center, manage a small patient panel, and provide leadership to both primary care physicians (PCPs) and nurse practitioners (NPs). Applicants must be board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine and hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited institution. A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting is required, with prior leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel as needed for professional responsibilities.
